On the other hand, sophisticated marketing and analysis techniques coupled with regional and national networking enable Prime Locations Inc to maintain a high profile in an expanding marketplace.
Prime Locations, Inc. is centrally located between Seattle and Portland/ Vancouver. PLI was formed in 1988 by its principals, Dean Questi, Jeff Powell and Priscilla Terry, who are Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) and/or Certified Property Managers (CPM), with many years of experience in their fields. In 2009, Priscilla sold her shares in the company to Zach Kosturos but still remains active in the business.
PLI, Inc manages about 750,000 square feet of commercial space and about 1200 multifamily units in Thurston, Mason and Lewis Counties. Portfolio of assets under management is approximately: $250 million.
